Creating a PRN file for Four Point Printing

Four Point Printing can accept your digital document for printing no matter what application you have used to create it in.

You will need to install the Xerox Docutech Publisher 6135 print driver on your PC.

By using the Docutech Publisher 6135 print driver you can print to file from your application and send us the PRN file by disk or email.

1. Download the Xerox Docutech Publisher 6135 print driver

• Log on to www.xerox.com
• Click on drivers
• From the selection choose what operating system you are using on you PC (Windows 95/Windows98/NT)
• Choose what language you require (English)
• Choose what driver you want to download (Xerox Docutech Publisher 6135)
• Download to a location on you hard drive

2. Install the Xerox Docutech Publisher 6135 print driver

• Locate the executable file on your hard drive and double click on it to run it
• Follow the on screen instructions to install the Xerox DocuTech 6135 (01.02.00) print driver to your printers control panel

3. Print to file from your application

• Open your document which you want to create a PRN file for
• Choose print from the file pull down menu
• Choose the Xerox DocuTech 6135 (01.02.00) printer from the list of print drivers installed on your system
• Choose print to file in the main print window
• From the properties tab choose A4 paper stock
• From the properties tab choose embed fonts/download as softfont
• Click on print
• Select a destination for the PRN file you are about to create

4. Send us your PRN file for digital printing

• Copy the PRN to disk or attach it in an email to us
