Four Point Printing have specialised in producing Crfs and Clinical documents since 1987 when one of our CRO customers asked us to produce CRFs. We have always produced the very highest quality CRFs, Diary Cards, Protocols etc., possible with the best technology available. We fully understand the need for high quality, speed and accuracy necessary for clinical work and aim to help produce a CRF that is easy to use.

File Handling
We can take your files from Word, Acrobat pdf, and other formats and print direct , often proofing first electronically or on paper . We have Adsl, Broadband so any last minute changes can be emailed to us. We also have our own web address, FTP server, to receive your files securely and directly into our system

Amendments and Changes
If you would you like changes made we can make these for you, for the whole CRF or just the pages that require it. Changes, additions and corrections can be made at any time prior to printing, or even after printing if you find an error late in the process

Production
Our main method of digital production allows us to print 135 copies a minute, up to 3 million copies per month and store work on file for future work. We also print conventional offset litho for longer run work with the unit price becoming more cost efficient

Quality
Quality is always to high standards. When we check copy and originals we often pick up original queries missed by Clinical experts as we look at the work from the print perspective and ask questions like "Are the VAS lines exactly 100mm ?"

Binding
Wire binding and ring binding are the most common forms for CRFs and protocols Covers and spines for can be produced and inserted as black and white or colour prints. Wire binding goes from a few sheets up to just over 300 sheets and stops sites being able to add pages. Ring binders allow pages to be added or taken out easily and we stock in 15mm, 25mm, 40mm, 50mm and 65mm capacities as well as lever arch files . We can also bind in many other ways if required.

Premises
You are welcome to visit our premises at any time. We easily accommodate large projects in our modern unit with 1 x 3 metre tables. A large part of our production areas is devoted to the fast, efficient production of CRFs, allowing us to produce quickly and easily Our factory is a large 6000 square feet footprint, plus mezzanine.

Facilities
Offices, pcs, printers and benches are available whenever necessary. Pallet racking is available for storage and call off.

Collection, Shipping and Delivery
We can collect and deliver originals and copies We ship direct to UK sites, or overseas discounting on FedEx prices in our own design export boxes. We handle all administration, paperwork, packing, shipping and proof of delivery.

Our experience covers the most effective way of producing CRFs, Diary Cards, Protocols, Investigator Brochures and all similar work quickly, correctly and to a sensible price level. Most importantly our people have very high quality standards and we always, somehow, manage to do what may appear to be the impossible. Small Printing only work is welcomed as well as the larger projects and work can stop and start as your needs demand
