Four Point Printing have run a specialised newsletter printing procedure since 1985 and have always produced the very highest quality possible with the best technology available. We fully understand your need for high quality, speed and accuracy with your newsletter and aim to help keep your subscribers happy.
A3/A4 or A4/A5
We can produce your newsletter either as folded A3/A4 and A4/A5 booklet saddle stiched or side stitched A4 or A5 booklet. We can provide a number of alternative binding methods for various thicknesses of newsletter or yearbook. We can drill 2, 3, 4, 6 or 7 hole for collectors to ring bind their copies. We can provide ring binders with custom covers and spines.
Inserts
Your loose inserts can be added on a universal or discretionary basis. These can include subscription reminder letters, special offers and inserts from third parties. We can also produce and insert membership cards.
Scanning
When your originals are on paper, we can scan and reproduce them for you. Electronic storage is also available from the scanned pages and we currently can supply files via email or on CD, DVD, FTP server, DAT, Travan and DLT tape.
File Handling
We can take your files from Word, Acrobat pdf, and many other formats. We can take files direct from FTP, eMail, paper or CD and print direct. We have a high bandwidth internet link so any last minute changes can be with us quickly via eMail or our FTP server.
Amendments and Changes
If you would you like pagination or headers and footers added we can add these in for you, for the whole newsletter or just the pages that require it. Changes, additions and corrections can be made at any time up to dispatch.
Production
Our main method of production allows us to print over 8000 copies an hour, up to 3 million copies per month and store work on file for future. Your newsletter will be produced same day by arrangement, and generally within 24 hours.
Quality
Quality is always to high standards. When we check the first copy with your originals we often pick up original queries missed by authors and editors as we look at the work from the print perspective.

We can produce and ship backnumbers on demand for you.

The usual attention to detail and dedication of our whole team is always included at all stages. We will live and breathe your project and advise and help as much as we can.
Premises
You are welcome to visit our premises at any time. We easily accommodate long runs or frequent runs in our modern unit with 1 x 3 metre tables. Your work would have a designated area. Customers often visit us to see their work here as this is far quicker than having it sent back in their office when there is usually limited space, saving time effort and money. Our factory is large, 6000 square feet footprint, plus mezzanine and we create 'Chinese walls' and divide the area when we have more than one project in house. Our premises are at your disposal during your project.
Facilities
Offices, PCs, printers and benches are available whenever necessary. Pallet racking is available for storage and call off.
Collection, Shipping and Delivery
We can collect and deliver originals and copies.
We ship bulk direct to UK or overseas discounting on FedEx prices in our own design export boxes.
We can mail individual items worldwide.
We handle all administration, paperwork, packing, shipping and proof of delivery.
